Refund policy


We offer a 14-day return period. This means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

- Be in its original condition (unused and undamaged)

- Include all original tags

- Be returned in its original packaging

- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

Need a different item? Please return your original item following our return process. Once your return is received and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item via our website.


14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
The item must be in the same condition as received. Unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
