Orders & Shipping
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped via PostNL, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your delivery.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 1–3 business
days in the Netherlands and Belgium via PostNL.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the Netherlands and Belgium only. We're working on expanding to more countries soon, stay tuned!
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is always free within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us at info@emyae.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
Please send the correct address to info@emyae.com. If the order has not yet been processed, we will update it accordingly.
Is my package insured during shipping?
Yes, all EMYAE orders are fully insured during transit via PostNL until they are delivered.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including case and tags).
How do I return a product?
To request a return, please email info@emyae.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method such as PostNL.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

What sizes are available for your sunglasses?
Size details, including lens width, bridge width, and temple length, are listed on each product page.
How should I care for my sunglasses?
Use the included EMYAE cloth and case. Avoid using chemical cleaners and do not expose your sunglasses to extreme heat or pressure.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, and UnionPay.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged at checkout, once your order has been confirmed.
Why was my payment declined?
This may be due to incorrect payment details or restrictions from your bank. If the issue continues, feel free to contact us at info@emyae.com
