You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How soon will I get my store credit?
• Store credits will be issued to via email within 2 business days upon receipt at our warehouse.
• Please return your item to us with a tracking number as we are not responsible for items that go missing during transit.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
• If you feel your item is faulty, please email info@emyae.com within 7 days of purchasing with photos displaying the fault and we will resolve the situation for you.
•If a product is found to be faulty, we will comply with the consumer protection laws applicable in the region where the purchase was made.
Can I exchange my item?
We don't offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order.
